MoveONepal provides delivery services throughout Kathmandu Valley, including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur. We offer same-day delivery, scheduled deliveries, business solutions, e-commerce fulfillment, cash on delivery, and secure handling.

2.1 Service Availability:
Our delivery services are available within the geographical boundaries of Kathmandu Valley. Delivery to areas outside these boundaries may be subject to additional charges or may not be available.

2.2 Delivery Times:
While we strive to deliver all packages within the promised timeframe, actual delivery times may vary based on traffic conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

2.3 Prohibited Items:
Certain items are prohibited from being transported through our service, including but not limited to: illegal substances, hazardous materials, flammable items, and any items prohibited by local or national law.

3.1 Package Insurance:
Unless specifically arranged and paid for, items are transported at the owner's risk. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable items.

3.2 Damage or Loss:
MoveONepal's liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the item, up to a maximum amount specified in our current insurance policy.

3.3 Force Majeure:
MoveONepal shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or governmental actions.

4.1 Pricing:
All prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may be changed without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Methods:
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payment services, and bank transfers.

4.3 Invoicing:
For business clients with recurring delivery needs, we offer monthly invoicing options subject to credit approval.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellation:
Customers may cancel a delivery request without charge if the cancellation is made before the package has been picked up. Cancellations made after pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5.2 Company Cancellation:
MoveONepal reserves the right to cancel any delivery if the items being transported violate our terms and conditions or if accurate delivery information has not been provided.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

MoveONepal is committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected through our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website.

7. Modifications to Terms

MoveONepal reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
